Judy Bartnett

HOA Manager

I was born and raised in southern California and lived on Cape Cod, when my husband was
transferred from L.A. to Boston, where I started a small interior plant scaping business. The
family moved to the Chicago area, where I was offered an opportunity to become a leasing
consultant for an apartment community. I was very successful and within a year I was
promoted to an Assistant Manager position. I have remained in property management ever
since, holding both property manager and assistant manager positions in several different
states. When in Georgia I transitioned from apartment management to condominium
property management.

I have always taken a hands-on approach with the communities and the people I have
worked with. I believe in treating people, my residents, vendors and peers the way I expect
to be treated, with dignity and respect. I take pride in the fact that I developed a reputation
for promptness when addressing the needs of the residents of the communities I service,
as well as conducting myself with a professional demeanor. If I don’t know the answer to a
particular issue I will go to the necessary lengths in order to find a solution if one is
available.
