Avril was born and raised in South Carolina. She originally pursued a career in nursing, but quickly decided it wasn’t where she belonged. She was offered a leasing job in property management and that’s where she landed 20+ years ago. After many positions in this industry, she became a broker in 2018, followed by President in 2026. She strives to continue the legacy C. Dan began by building his companies on integrity and honesty. Avril is married with four sons and a mini labradoodle. They love visiting the soccer fields and the beach.
