Avril was born and raised in South Carolina. She originally pursued a career in nursing, but quickly decided it wasn’t where she belonged. She was offered a leasing job in property management and that’s where she landed 20 years ago. After many positions in this industry, she became a broker in 2018. She strives to continue the legacy C. Dan began by building his companies on integrity and honesty. Avril is married with four sons and a mini labradoodle. They love visiting the soccer fields and the beach.
