Property Manager

Averie Moss was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, and has been a valued member of the C. Dan Joyner team since December 2022. She began her career with the company as a Front Desk Administrator, where she discovered a passion for property management. Motivated to grow within the industry, she earned her property management license and has proudly been helping clients ever since.



As a lifelong Greenville resident, Averie enjoys sharing her local knowledge and helping clients discover everything the Upstate has to offer. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing a personalized, positive experience for every client she serves.

Averie married her husband, Zack, in September 2025, and they are excitedly preparing to welcome their first baby boy in December 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Hazel, relaxing at the lake, and making memories with family and friends.
